Manager Admissions & Outreach

The Manager – Admissions for Rajasthan is responsible for driving student enrollments from the Haryana region into Chandigarh University. The role involves team leadership, outreach strategy, relationship building with schools/colleges/coaching centers, and meeting defined admission targets within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, train, and manage a team of admission counsellors/executives working across Rajasthan Assign targets, track progress, and ensure daily/weekly reporting to the Regional Manager.

Admissions & Outreach: Execute and oversee student admission campaigns in key cities of Rajasthan. Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions in schools, colleges, and coaching institutes. Organize admission drives, education fairs, and participate in relevant events.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through offline and online outreach, database management, and digital campaigns. Ensure prompt follow-up and effective counseling to convert inquiries into admissions. Monitor conversion ratios and take corrective action as needed.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, career counselors, coaching institutes, and other stakeholders. Act as the university’s representative in the Rajasthan region and uphold its reputation. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, admissions, and follow-ups.

Provide weekly and monthly reports on team performance, market feedback, and target achievement. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field. 10+ years of experience in admissions, educational sales, or student outreach; minimum 4 years in a managerial role preferred. Strong network in the education ecosystem of Rajasthan Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel extensively within Haryana. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
