Our Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future Product Managers and Business Development leaders by providing hands-on exposure across the complete product commercialization journey. Role Overview As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the Product, Business Development, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement teams to support the development and launch of innovative beauty and personal care products. This is a high-learning role offering direct exposure to customer interactions, product innovation, manufacturing operations and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Product Development - Support end-to-end new product development from concept to commercial launch. - Prepare product briefs based on customer requirements and market opportunities. - Conduct trend analysis, competitive benchmarking and ingredient research. - Coordinate product trials with R&D and Manufacturing teams. - Track development timelines and ensure timely project execution. Business Development - Assist in preparing customer presentations, quotations and commercial proposals. - Participate in customer meetings and understand project requirements. - Maintain customer communication and follow up on ongoing projects. - Support lead generation and business opportunity tracking. Project Management - Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Quality, Regulatory and Production teams. - Monitor project milestones and communicate updates internally. - Ensure smooth execution from development through commercial production.

Market & Consumer Insights - Monitor emerging beauty trends, consumer behaviour and competitor launches. - Identify innovation opportunities for customers and internal product platforms. - Build reports and presentations to support business decisions. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain project trackers and product databases. - Prepare costing summaries, launch reports and commercial documentation. - Develop customer presentations and product recommendation decks. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in: - B.Pharm - B.Tech (Chemical, Biotechnology or related disciplines) - B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or Life Sciences) - Cosmetic Science - MBA (Marketing or Operations) Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
