Role Requirements:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. \n
- Great command over English & Regional Languages \n
- Experience 8 to 12 years, preferably with relevant exposure to PMS / AIF \n
- Certified NISM-Series-XXI-A \n
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Driving Sales Across B2B and B2C Channels \n
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue through both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
\n- \n
- Managing and Expanding Distribution Partnerships \n
Cultivate and manage relationships with key distribution partners, including banks, national distributors, Multi Family Offices and MFDs. Focus on expanding existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
\n- \n
- Achieving Sales Targets \n
Generate sales in line with targets set through a strategic mix of external channel partners, internal sales teams, and direct client interactions.
\n- \n
- Reporting & MIS \n
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools. Report sales achievements, forecast targets, and investor feedback to the management team on a weekly/monthly basis.

- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis \n
Conduct through market research and gather competitor insights to shape sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.
\n- \n
- Resource Planning \n
Plan and allocate resources effectively to optimize sales performance, ensuring that teams are equipped to meet sales targets.

- Coordinating with Investment Teams \n
Work closely with investment teams to facilitate client interactions, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange for smooth decision-making.

- Ensuring Smooth Operations: \n
Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless communication and functioning between the sales department and operational teams.
\n- \n
- Compliance Management: \n
Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations related to all channel partners, including distributors and clients, to mitigate risk and uphold company standards.
