Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI systems understand organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence how the next generation of AI reasons about real-world business challenges.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role - work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

• Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structure
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models handle managerial reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and analyzing complex tradeoffs
• Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational design
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
