Goods In And Warehouse Operator

Newvend is a Wholesaler, Vendor & Installer based in Co Monaghan. Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are now seeking a Fulltime Goods In and Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
• Booking stock into inventory systems
• Organising warehouse and storeroom stock
• Pick, pack and prepare wholesale customer orders for dispatch
• Conducting stock counts and assist with inventory control
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Deliver stock to customers when requiredLoad and unload stock for our van sales team on a daily basis
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment

Job skills & requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using inventory or stock management systems
• A full, clean drivers licence

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous warehouse or stores experience
• Forklift experience or certification (full training will be provided if required)

Position:

• Full-time, permanent role,
• Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
