About you

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified or willing to work towards qualification
• Proven experience in managing financial accounts and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems and processes
• Experience working with external auditors is advantageous

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver accurate management and statutory financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Monitor budgets and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Lead the month-end closing process and assist with Board reports and financial forecasts
• Support, develop, and motivate the finance team, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive improvements in financial policies, processes, and data management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations
