Manager- MSP Sourcing Role type : Permanent Location : Hyderabad only - 3 days work from office - Hybrid Shift timing : General Shift Experience : min 8+ years of experience in MSP Sourcing Skillset : MSP Direct sourcing (Expertise in Contract staffing Experience ) , Handling clients ( min 9-10 ) Oversees the talent sourcing function, developing targeted Talent strategies , market mapping and intelligence across small and mid-sized clients for quick and efficient fulfillment of temporary staffing needs Expertise being in Managerial role who handles team - 8-15 , Stakeholder management APAC compliance Collaborates with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that target blue-collar qualified candidates for temporary positions • Collaborates with the clients' hiring teams to design tailored recruitment approaches that meet the expectations of clients. Ensures all KPIs and SLA requirements regarding order-based sourcing and talent conversion from passive candidates are met • Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics for Operational placements to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions • Identifies candidate pools for future business development initiatives, taking into account industry best practices and trends in the career/ hiring space of blue-collar placements • Leads sourcing activities/projects and drives to meet the key metrics goals as set by leadership, focusing on proactive engagement and headhunting of passive talent • Discovers and solves bottlenecks in the sourcing process and proactively follows up with the team to mitigate these identified bottlenecks • Manages candidates and ensures that the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for small and mid-sized client engagements Grade Descriptor • In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline and a good knowledge of these elements in related disciplines • Provides management and guidance to professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex business or technical support teams • Has accountability for the performance and results of a team or multiple related teams • Adapts team plans, sets priorities and allocates resources to align with business area objectives • Provides input into budgets • Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and team / business area plan; receives guidance from manager
