As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure that production equipment remains in excellent condition. You perform preventive maintenance, resolve breakdowns and contribute to improving machine reliability together with your colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and basic electrical faults
• Identifying root causes of technical issues and implementing sustainable solutions
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals and electrical schematics
• Replacing defective components and coordinating spare parts with suppliers
• Registering maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Communicating maintenance activities during shift handovers
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve technical issues
• Contributing to continuous improvements that increase machine reliability and production performance

You will join an international manufacturing organisation with a highly automated production facility in the Venlo region. The maintenance department consists of experienced technicians, planners and supervisors who work closely together to maximise equipment availability. The company offers a clean and modern working environment where teamwork, knowledge sharing and personal development are highly valued. English is the primary language used within the maintenance team.

Working hours
You will work in a four-shift rotation. The organisation has plans to transition to a two-shift schedule in the future.
