What You’ll Do As our next Maintenance Technician, you will keep our local facility running smoothly every single day.
You will serve as the go-to handyperson on-site to handle minor repairs and help our clients. Replace and repair lights and electrical fixtures. Complete light plumbing tasks, including toilet repairs.
Work as a reliable building maintenance worker to patch, paint sheetrock, and handle general repairs. Assist with office setups, hang items, and complete other tasks as requested by management. What You Bring To The Team At least 2 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
