Full-time Maintenance Technician position available in Peddler’s Village. Work with our team to complete routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders to ensure our operations are safe and functional for guests and employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond and attend to repair requests.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
• Other duties as needed in the facilities department such as snow removal

Job Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of maintenance technician experience
• Strong plumbing experience
• Electrical, mechanical, HVAC knowledge
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong guest service skills
• CMMS Knowledge and Experience
• Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30am - 4:15pm 8-hour shifts, plus on-call rotation.

Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
