Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with occasional on-call weekends
Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our property in great shape. This role involves a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks and requires someone who’s comfortable working with their hands and tackling physical work.
What You’ll Do
Handle general maintenance and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Work alongside other team members and outside professionals during repairs
Stay actively involved in daily maintenance tasks
- Help with renovations and improvement projects as needed
Be available for occasional on-call weekend work
What We’re Looking For
General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role
