Maintenance Technician

An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician. This position is located in Campbellfield VIC.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor your role will include:

• Coordinating & completing preventative maintenance practices
• Attend to breakdowns and conduct necessary repairs
• Mechanical & basic electrical fault-finding & repair
• Exposure to pneumatics, Hydraulic and electronic components
• Ability to work with High pressure waterjet machine (KMT)
• Administration duties e.g. updating maintenance logs, reporting all breakdowns maintenance issue to supervisor
• Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety standards, while working as part of a small but effective team
• Ability to take ownership of tasks given by the supervisor until completion, take pride & care in your work
• When breakdowns or repairs are not required to be attend you will be required to operate semi-automated production machines

Licenses and experience required:

• Victorian Driver’s License
• Elevated Work Platform License
• Qualified Fitter and Turner or other relevant Trade Qualification is required
• 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar or equivalent role
