Maintenance Technician

My client, an expanding commercial property company, based in Peterlee, are looking for a perm full time Maintenance Technician to join their team and manage 3 large buildings. You would be part of a small team. Training will be given but experience in the following would be ideal -

• Ensure correct office temperature is maintained on a BMS heating/cooling system, which includes preventative maintenance
• Checking filters and air flow
• General Building maintenance (Doors, Locks, Lights, Ceiling tiles, Water leaks, Toilets)

Duties would include -

• Heating/ Boiler BMS knowledge
• Plumbing / Toilet system Maintenance
• Joinery work
• Electrical work

Hours of work are an afternoon shift 13:15pm - 21:15pm Monday - Friday
