Therefore, we are seeking versatile Maintenance Technicians & Facility Specialists (Mantenimiento) to join our growing technical team in Marbella, Spain.

In this hands-on operational role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across resort installations. Specifically, you will address technical breakdowns, ensure compliance with current safety regulations, and collaborate with local technical teams. Whether your background lies in electrical systems, plumbing, industrial refrigeration, or general hotel maintenance, you will play an essential role in keeping our client properties operating smoothly.

Job Description: Maintenance Technician & Facility Specialist

Your Mission: Technical Reliability & Facility Excellence

Your primary goal involves driving facility operational success across commercial and hotel installations. To achieve this, you will carry out routine preventive inspections and resolve technical incidents quickly. At the same time, you will keep all equipment and utility systems functioning at peak efficiency.

Therefore, you will diagnose system failures, repair electrical or HVAC components, and maintain accurate incident logs. As a result, you will eliminate facility downtime and protect our brand’s reputation for technical excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and perform quick repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical breakdowns efficiently to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with current technical-legal regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with local engineering teams, report incidents to supervisors, and contribute to daily maintenance logs.
• Station Cleanness & Order: Keep tools, equipment, and technical areas organized, clean, and properly maintained.

Who You Are: The Versatile & Skilled Technical Specialist

We are looking for candidates with experience in at least one of the following technical profiles (you do not need to fulfill every category):

• Target Profiles: Building/Hotel Maintenance Officers, Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC & Industrial Refrigeration Technicians, or Multipurpose Hotel Facility Technicians.
• Proven Foundations: You bring demonstrable professional experience in facility maintenance, technical trades, or hotel operations.
• Technical Education: Vocational training or specialized certifications in electricity, plumbing, climate control, or refrigeration are highly valued.
• Key Skills: You demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, problem-solving skills, operational versatility, and immediate availability. A valid driver’s license is valued depending on site needs.
