We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant and production equipment to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

About the Role

  • Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant and production equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
  • Complete maintenance activities safely and in line with company procedures.
  • Record and document maintenance work accurately.
  • Work closely with the production team to minimise downtime.

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III in Engineering โ€“ Mechanical Trade (or equivalent).
  • EWP, Working at Heights (WFH), and LF Forklift licences.
  • Experience maintaining fixed plant and production equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • A good understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise maintenance tasks.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Desirable

  • Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or asset management software.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence.

  • Up to $70 an hour
  • Casual to Full time role
