Maintenance Technician

pPrimary Responsibilities: /pulliPerform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery.

/liliOversee the overall condition of facilities (electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems) and ensure proper maintenance, including both interior and exterior areas.

/liliInstall and configure new equipment.

/liliTrack and report departmental KPIs.

/liliPerform maintenance on doors and loading ramps.

/liliPerform maintenance and inspections of fire extinguishers.

/liliDetect and resolve equipment failures quickly and effectively.

/liliMaintain records of maintenance activities, replaced parts, and repair times.

/liliCoordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.

/liliManage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.

/liliDevelop and manage the maintenance budget.

/liliRequest and evaluate quotes when necessary.

/liliPropose technical improvements to optimize processes and reduce downtime and/or costs.

/liliEnsure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.

/liliEnforce safety standards and 5S practices.

/li /ulpbr/ppRequirements: /pulliTechnical education or training in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.

/liliSolid experience (5+ years) in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, as well as team and vendor management.

/liliStrong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing, automation, and sector-specific equipment and facilities.

/liliExperience in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

/liliExperience managing KPIs, cost control, and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams.

/liliKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.

/liliKnowledge of safety regulations and quality protocols.

/liliAbility to motivate, plan, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively.

/liliStrong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.

/liliManagement style that aligns with the company’s high-integrity culture across all areas of internal and external operations.

/liliAbility to coordinate effectively with other departments and key stakeholders.

/liliStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work positively and collaboratively with others.

/liliAbility to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects from concept through completion.

/liliEnglish proficiency at C1 level is required.
