Maintenance Technician

Cornerstone Maintenance Services, an Associa company, is hiring aMaintenance Technicianto join our Victoria‑based team.

We provide general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and 24‑hour emergency response services for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone withpractical maintenance skillswho enjoys problem‑solving and working in the field.

Whatyou’lldo

• Complete general building maintenance and repairs
• Assistwith and perform renovations, including carpentry, drywall, water damage remediation, and door installation/repairs
• Diagnose issues anddeterminenext steps
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Document completed work
• Represent the company professionally on site
• Lift and move tools and materials (up to 50lbs)
• Participate in a rotating emergency on‑call schedule

Whatwe’relooking for

• Experience ingeneral maintenance, building maintenance, renovations, or similar hands‑on work
• Must have: Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability
• Basic organization, time management, and documentation skills
• Willingness to provide a criminal record check
• Willingness to wear a company uniform
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation

Not required, but considered strong assets:

• Door installation and repair experience
• Water loss remediation experience
• Red Seal certification

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 24‑hour on‑call shifts on a rotational basis
• Company vehicle will be provided
