Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of maintenance at a leading medical device facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll lead a team of technicians, drive equipment reliability, and keep production running in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a site-wide maintenance strategy covering equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximise asset reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
- Own the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis and ensure full regulatory compliance.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in maintenance management within regulated manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
- CMMS experience (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
- Engineering degree preferred; CMRP/CRL a plus.
