About the Role
We have multiple opportunities for experienced Warehouse Operators to join our Lubricants Warehouse team in Lytton, QLD. Successful candidates must hold a current forklift license with high‑reach experience and solid warehouse experience.
Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are highly regarded. This position offers excellent development opportunities, with full training provided and potential career progression across our manufacturing operations, including shipping, blending and filling.
Enjoy day shift hours, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and a nine‑day fortnight.
Responsibilities
- Operate high‑reach forklifts safely and efficiently to support daily warehouse activities
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Use RF scanners to manage inventory and product movement
- Load and unload trucks and containers in line with Ampol’s safety standards
- Champion safety and operational excellence by following all site procedures at all times
About You
You are a team player with a positive can‑do attitude and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. Along with proven forklift skills, you may have a trade background or strong mechanical aptitude. You are eager to learn and grow your career within our Australian lubricants manufacturing team.
Qualification & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
- Previous exposure to a manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
- At least 12 months of forklift experience and license, including high‑reach experience
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills to support accurate documentation and stock management
- High attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done safely and efficiently
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
