COMMUNITY NAME Sunrise at East 56th Job ID 81 JOB OVERVIEW The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to administration of medications, documentation of medication administration, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, "to champion the quality of life for all seniors" in accordance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, standards and regulations and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents. RESPONSIBILITIES Town Hall, Department Team, Cross Over, Medication Technician and others as directed by the Supervisor/Department Coordinator. Attend regular training by RCD and neighborhood coordinators.

May be designated as shift supervisor. May supervise other medication care managers. Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.

Perform other duties as assigned.
