About the job LPN - Andover, ME $39/hr Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem Location: Andover, MA Pay Rate: $39/hr Shifts Available: Day: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Evening: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Night: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Job Description: Mercury Group Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem positions in Andover, MA. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of long-term care (LTC) experience who are looking for flexible work opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
Monitor patients' health, administer medications, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications: Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
