As a shipping clerk, you are a vital link in the supply chain and warehouse operations. Together with a positive and energetic team, you ensure that finished orders are packed accurately, securely bound to pallets, and prepared for damage-free transit across the globe. You operate in a fast-paced environment with challenging targets, seamlessly shifting between physical warehouse tasks and system-based administrative tracking. Packing finished orders into correctly sized boxes and securing them safely onto pallets Maintaining a clean, organized, and clear assembly zone within the warehouse at all times Prepacking accessories in date order while verifying quantities and specific order instructions

Checking logistics systems for any last-minute order modifications before final dispatch Processing shipments and booking European orders directly with transport carriers Preparing accurate shipping documentation and arranging labeled boxes for transport loading

Operating in full compliance with the Known Consignor regulations for secure air freight Requirements Relevant work experience within a logistics or shipping department

Professional communication skills in the English language Self-managed, proactive, and collaborative approach to tasks Flexibility to work outside regular hours if operational demand requires it

Prior knowledge of logistics systems (such as Oracle, Kewill, or Blujay) is beneficial A valid Dutch forklift license is highly preferable What We Offer
