• 3–4 years of BIM modeling experience on MEP engineering projects — fully constrained, no unresolved warnings
• Advanced Revit (MEP) proficiency: lighting layouts, circuiting, containment, and visual family placement
• Builds parametric lighting families from scratch — connectors, IES file integration, visual and data parameters all behaving
• ISO 19650 compliant by instinct: naming conventions and status codes correct on the first issue, not the third
• Native to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows, including ACC-connected Forma environments
• Added advantage: Drives Dynamo with ChatGPT / Claude AI for prompt-assisted scripting — auto-populating parameters, batch sheet creation, schedule checks — because manual repetition is a clash we don't tolerate

Deliverables: Accurate construction drawings, fixture schedules, and spatial coordination reports — straight from the model, not from memory.

Site conditions: Lighting design projects across the spectrum — architecture, interiors, and everything light touches, from India to the Middle East. On-site, Pune.
