Doctor of Medicine | Radiology - Diagnostic Location: Columbia, SC Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Breast Radiology • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Location: Columbia, SC • Service Setting: Outpatient Imaging Center / Hospital • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Coverage Period: April 20, 2026 – Ongoing - until permanent hire • Clinical Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (specific dates required; block scheduling available) COVERAGE DATES • Apr 20-24 • May 4, 6, 11, 13, 15, 27, 29 • Jul 6-10, 20-24, 27-31 • Aug 10-14 • Aug 5-9 PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adults • Case Mix: Breast imaging including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, and procedures FACILITY INFORMATION • EMR System: Epic • Office Equipment Available: Advanced breast imaging equipment • Specialty Backup Available: Radiology teams across multiple sites • Support Staff Available: Imaging center staff • Reason for Coverage: FTE backfill PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (clean file required) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Rate: TBD • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: TBD REQUIRED PROCEDURES • Mammography interpretation • Diagnostic breast imaging • Image-guided breast procedures JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Active SC license or FCVS required • Board: Board Eligible within 5 years • Certifications: MQSA with 24 months of case logs required • Experience: Breast radiology fellowship required • Other Qualifications: Epic proficiency required; onsite only; ability to cross credential at additional sites DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Interpret breast imaging studies • Perform diagnostic and interventional breast procedures • Provide onsite coverage across multiple MUSC-affiliated facilities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary imaging teams • Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
