Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - Orthopedic Location: Mason City, IA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We’re seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon for a full-time locum opportunity in Mason City, Iowa , starting July 1, 2025 and ongoing. 2 weeks coverage required per month. ✈️ Benefits include Comprehensive malpractice insurance, c omplimentary travel & lodging Schedule Clinic : Mon–Fri, 8a–5p Call : 24-hour orthopedic/trauma call (inpatient, ED consults, OR) Pay : C ompetitive pay rate (to be discussed upon interest) Details Large regional hub hospital serving 16 counties (pop. 200,000) Mix of clinical, surgical, and trauma coverage EMR: GE Centricity - (clinic), Epic - (hospital) Support staff: 4 MDs, 7 APPs, 3 cast techs, nurses, schedulers Teaching opportunities with IM/FM residents and PA students Services Include Total joint replacements Fracture care, trauma, sports medicine, hand/foot/ankle procedures ✅ Requirements Board Certified Active IA license or IMLC Clean malpractice history Must be available July 1, 2025, and 2 weeks/month
