This role offers a structured weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: 08/02/2026 (6-month assignment) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call: None Facility Type: Inpatient Behavioral Health Patient Population: Adults (18) Patient Load: 16–20 patients/day Case Mix: New and existing patients Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult inpatients Provide daily follow-ups and discharge planning Diagnose and treat acute and chronic psychiatric conditions Manage psychopharmacologic treatment plans and monitor outcomes Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and de-escalation Collaborate with nursing, social work, psychology, and medical teams Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the WellSky EMR Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards of care
