We are seeking an Optometrist Physician for a 18-day assignment starting Mar 9, 2026, in TN. This role involves a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, where you will conduct eye exams, diagnose and treat ocular disease, and advise patients on follow-up care.

Responsibilities and Duties Conduct eye exams Diagnose and treat ocular disease Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses Advise patient, family facility on follow up care No prescribing required Visit assisted living homes/nursing homes within a 2 hour radius in TN Additional Information EMR: Nextgen Provider will be seeing cases involving ocular disease, ocular degeneration, and cataracts.
