Starting February 2, 2026, you will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services through clinic work, hospital call rotations, and patient management, all while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Required Skills: Active Washington State medical license or valid IMLC ( Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) license Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology clinical practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly Familiarity with electronic health record systems Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience with hospital rounding and labor delivery management Bilingual abilities in English and other languages to enhance patient communication Knowledge of current obstetrics and gynecology guidelines and best practices Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Other Requirements: Clean history and malpractice insurance required Ability to document call-back hours and patient contact hours accurately for audit purposes Willingness to adhere to scheduling and documentation protocols No on-site call support needed; physicians can provide remote call support based on criteria Compensation is at $1.00 per hour Take the next step in your professional journey by applying today to join a supportive and well-equipped environment committed to excellence in women's healthcare.
