This opportunity begins on Jan 23, 2026, and spans 9 days, providing 24/7 out-of-house call coverage from Friday to Monday. The ideal candidate is proficient with laparoscopic surgeries and comfortable managing both OB and GYN cases, with case logs required for both specialties.
Job Details Location: California Start Date: Jan 23, 2026 LOA: 9 days Provider Type Needed: Obstetrician/Gynecologist Schedule: Friday-Monday, 24-hour out-of-house call coverage; clinic patient visits on Friday and Monday preferred but not required Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care during call coverage Manage and document both OB and GYN cases, including the ability to produce relevant case logs Perform laparoscopic surgeries as required Respond to on-call needs as scheduled, covering emergent and routine cases If possible, see patients in the clinic on Friday and Monday Additional Information Active California medical license required Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required Candidates must be proficient with laparoscopic surgical techniques Ability to maintain accurate and timely case logs for both OB and GYN cases Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
