The schedule features 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a). This role is ideal for board-certified or board-eligible professionals with emergency care proficiency and experience using Meditech EHR.
Job Details Location: Florida Start Date: Dec 1, 2025 LOA: 36 days Provider Type Needed: Emergency Medicine Physician Schedule: 7a-7p, 7p-7a Responsibilities and Duties Perform all emergency care procedures, including central access, arterial line placement, lumbar puncture, intubation, pacing, and orthopedic stabilization Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to diverse patient populations Manage acute medical and trauma cases in a high-acuity setting Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EHR Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Additional Information Must be licensed to practice medicine in Florida Required board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required EM Board Eligible after successful completion of accredited residency or FM/IM with 3 years of experience (for FSEDs) Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
