Looking for a minimum of 5 shifts a month consistently with ongoing availability 12 months. Credentialing is a 60 days.

Start date - As soon as credentialed min 60 days EMR-MediTech Annual Volume- 24500-25500 Average volume is for a 24hr period. Cambridge averages about 55-60 daily. Physician shifts- 7a-7p 7p-7a APP shifts- 9a-9p 11a-11p 2p-2a Number of beds- 17 Transfer locations- Riverside Grant Genesis OSU Aultman OB Transfer - 4.9416-20k Annual Volume 12 hour shifts for providers. 45 days credentialing timelinePlease note: Medical Staff fees will NOT be reimbursed Physician conversion fee cap 18-20K All travel must be booked through OVP NO OT Agencies should not be posting or advertising rates when reposting AHSA jobs.
