We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Minnesota, starting Jun 15, 2026. This role involves managing morning clinics from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by on-call responsibilities for the remainder of the day.

The Physician Assistant will focus on patient check-ins, prescribing medications, and addressing acute illnesses and minor injuries. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct morning clinic check-ups. Provide care for minor injuries including scrapes, cuts, burns, and sprains.

Prescribe medications for acute illnesses such as strep, cold, cough, and flu, including ointments, antibiotics, and penicillin. Order and send out diagnostic tests. Assume on-call responsibilities for the remainder of the day, responding only if ambulance intervention is required.

Collaborate with on-site RNs and health aides who manage daily cases.
