Local Market Solutions Product Operations Intern

Job Responsibilities:

1. Local market and multi-platform monitoring in Brazil: Continuously track product changes, marketing campaigns, user feedback, promotional mechanisms, supply-side presentation, and other key market dynamics across Brazil's food delivery-related platforms; organize findings into structured records and market briefings.
2. Partner issue collection and process documentation support: Assist in establishing a mechanism for collecting issues raised by external partners during business operations and system usage, helping to more efficiently consolidate and resolve these issues, and documenting them into relevant SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.
3. Local research and bilingual information organization in Brazil: Support lightweight interviews and feedback collection with local users, partners, and business team members; read, translate, and summarize information, converting it into structured analytical materials in Chinese.

Job Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, able to commit to a stable internship of 3 months or more, with a preference for at least 4 days per week.
2. Strong proficiency in both English and Portuguese; English as a working language is preferred, with the ability to read local Portuguese materials and produce structured output in Chinese.
3. Strong information gathering, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to extract clear conclusions from fragmented information.
4. Highly proactive and execution-driven, able to consistently follow up on market changes and see issues through to resolution.
