This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a senior, peer-leadership position within the US PM team. The Team Lead Project Management acts as a trusted point of reference, supporting high standards in project delivery, systems usage, workflows, and commercial awareness. You will be working in a fast-paced international business across multiple time zones, therefore we are looking for the following Skills and Experience: Strong experience in live events and touring environments Strong knowledge of live event production equipment (laser, pyro, or SFX experience preferred) Confident working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced international environment Computer literate with understanding of networks, IP systems, and booking/software platforms High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking At least 8 years experience in the live events industry At least 4 years experience in the touring industry within a technical department At least 3 years experience in a project management role within the live events industry At least 2 years experience in a managerial role As a Team Lead Project Management your responsibilities will include: Lead by example within the Project Management team, acting as part of the PM leadership group and supporting peers through trust, credibility, and collaboration Liaise with clients and ER’s teams to deliver tours, shows, and installations Advance, quote, deliver, and close projects to ER standards Plan shows, manage project budgets, suppliers, and commercial performance Ensure safety documentation is created and provided to clients Support the consistent use of ER systems, workflows, and PM standards across the team Act as a senior point of reference for project delivery and best practice Attend sites as required to support delivery and build strong client relationships (locally and internationally) Will be required to attend sites occasionally to form client relationships (locally and internationally) Package on Offer: Salary: DOE Overtime Company Cell Phone Apple Laptop 20 days holiday + Public Holidays and Holidays shutdown Premium Health Care, Dental & Vision cover Enrollment into 401K Savings scheme, after qualifying period Participation in ER Productions Bonus Scheme, after qualifying period A little about us: ER Productions is an international, award-winning laser show & laser system design and special effects specialist, with credits spanning high profile events, advertising, television and worldwide concert tours.
