Litigation Counsel

We are helping a large law firm hire a litigation attorney for an innovation-focused role. This role will help drive the adoption and optimization of legal technology across the firm’s litigation practice. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys translating real-world practice needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.

This is NOT a traditional, billable role. The responsibilities of this role include:

• Partnering with practice leadership to identify workflow and technology opportunities
• Evaluating, piloting, and implementing litigation-focused legal technology and process improvements
• Serving as a bridge between attorneys, vendors, and internal teams to translate needs into solutions
• Leading adoption, training, and change-management efforts to ensure measurable impact
• Managing vendor relationships and support ongoing enhancement and optimization

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of large law firm experience and a demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, and improving the delivery of legal services.
