Lift Field Technician

The Role

We are looking for a Lift Field Technician to join our Service Team covering East London and surrounding areas. You will be an experienced Service Engineer with an NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering and LEIA training.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical support using problem solving techniques to provide solutions and recommendations
• Testing lift modernisations
• Using your expertise to solve technical problems associated with lift/elevator call outs and repairs
• Supporting a team of Service Engineers using your experience of working with Orona and other lift products
• Obtaining and enhancing knowledge on a wide range of lift types and equipment
• Managing your time covering a geographical region, working on your own initiative

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience within the lift industry
• NVQ level 4
• Lift Types Knowledge – reasonable understanding of all major competitor’s equipment
• Problem Solving – able to identify problems, break them down into smaller elements, pinpoint possible solutions, prioritise these elements and construct an action plan
• Full clean UK Driving Licence
• Right to Work in the UK (mandatory)
