As an LCSW at Headway, you will play a crucial role in offering therapeutic support, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional health needs of patients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical diagnosis. Provide psychotherapy services for individuals, groups, and families.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate treatment and advocate for patient needs. Maintain detailed and confidential patient records according to compliance and regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices in clinical social work.

Advocate for patient access to mental health services through insurance and other means. Expertise in psychotherapy and counseling techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Knowledge of mental health laws and ethical guidelines.

Medical Insurance Life Insurance Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of practice.
