Job Description
Job Role: Provide program management support onsite with a customer located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, including project creation, customer communication, and document creation and editing, as needed. Coordinate with ACD Consulting Engineers supporting this customer, as assigned. Review any customer issues and provide timely solutions.
Track ACD Consulting performance with the customer and record metrics. Duties may include FUSION, AUTOCAD, and/or SOLIDWORKS drafting and design. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, in engineering or a relevant field or course work towards the same. 3+ years work experience in an aviation related technical role, directly supporting Part 121 Airlines and/or Part 145 Repair Station, preferred. Familiarity with reading/researching aircraft AMM/IPC/SRM/CMM data required.
Familiarity with ERP systems. Essential Functions and Competencies: Ability to travel/drive locally to customers, as needed. Professional business-like manner and appearance representing ACD Consulting, for customer and coworker communications.
Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive to address work related concerns. Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Must maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional teamwork ability, and a drive/passion for the aerospace industry are required.
