Job Description Legal Technology Analyst We’re seeking a Legal Technology Analyst to drive the implementation and adoption of cutting-edge legal technology across fee earner practice groups at a prestigious US law firm in London. This is a new role with a particular focus on AI-powered tools and innovative solutions that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver real impact for legal teams. \n Salary to £65,000 Exceptional employee benefits Hybrid working – 4 days in the office / 1 day remote 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays St Pauls / Blackfriars / City Thameslink \n Legal Technology Analyst Key Responsibilities: \n Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of emerging legal tech, including generative AI and other innovations Prepare and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base content Provide first-line support for practice technology, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed Assist with user onboarding and basic training Support technology demos and awareness sessions for practice groups Assist with data gathering and analysis to inform technology decisions \n Legal Technology Analyst Skills & Requirements: \n 3+ years’ experience in a legal technology environment within a law firm Experience with legal software applications such as contract analysis tools or practice management platform Familiarity with GenAI legal technology platforms commonly used in law firms Understanding of legal workflows and practice needs Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new software quickly Basic understanding of data analytics concepts is desirable
