Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC)

Quest Group is actively recruiting for a Legal Nurse Consultant for a national trial firm in Atlanta! Ideally an LNC with previous clinical experience & previous Law Firm experience preferred. Overview As an LNC, you'll leverage your extensive healthcare background to provide invaluable insights and expertise in legal cases, collaborating with attorneys and clients instead of traditional patient care.

Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive medical chronologies, timelines, and summaries from medical records. Conduct thorough medical literature searches to gather relevant information for cases. Identify, screen, and facilitate expert witness reviews and case evaluations, including causation and damages issues.

Locate and prepare demonstrative evidence for trial presentations. Educate attorneys and clients on pertinent medical issues related to cases. Requirements Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively within a legal context. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. Proficiency in medical record analysis and summarization.
