Legal Manager - FIDC & Securitization

Responsibilities

• Structure and review credit transactions, FIDCs and securitization operations.
• Act as legal partner to the business areas.
• Ensure compliance with CVM regulations and financial market rules.
• Manage contracts, legal opinions, due diligences and legal risks.
• Support negotiations, credit recovery and restructuring of transactions.
• Manage external law firms and advisory and litigation matters.

Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB registration.
• Required experience with FIDCs, securitization companies, banks, asset managers or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of the capital markets, banking law and structured transactions.
• Experience with financial contracts, credit recovery and risk management.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in managing legal aspects of credit transactions, ensuring compliance with CVM regulations, and providing legal support in negotiations and risk management within financial institutions. Proficient in handling financial contracts and structured transactions.
