Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and consolidate all departmental performance indicators, ensuring continuous monitoring of Budget, Forecast, and Actuals;
- Prepare periodic financial analyses, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities for optimization;
- Monitor executive management expenses, providing visibility, control, and recommendations for better resource allocation;
- Build dashboards, executive reports, and management materials to support decision-making;
- Act as the focal point for internal financial projects, leading initiatives for process improvement, productivity gains, and operational efficiency;
- Develop scenario analyses, projections, and financial feasibility studies;
- Promote financial data governance and standardization of performance monitoring processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
- Solid experience in financial planning, controllership, FP&A, or performance-related areas;
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
- Ability to work autonomously, with a sense of priorities and a results orientation;
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with leadership and partner departments.
- Preferred: Experience leading transformation, automation, and continuous improvement projects; knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to data analysis, process automation, and insight generation; ability to develop AI-based solutions to increase the finance function's productivity and support data‑driven decision‑making.
