Job DescriptionLegal Executive - Debt Recovery Location: Dublin Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent A leading Dublin-based law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join its busy and growing Debt Recovery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with 2-3 years' experience in debt recovery or litigation support to join a dynamic practice and work on a high-volume caseload for a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Managing debt recovery files from instruction through to conclusion.

Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and court documents. Preparing and filing documentation with the courts. Liaising with clients, debtors, barristers, courts, sheriffs, and other stakeholders.

Monitoring file progression and ensuring all deadlines are met. Assisting with enforcement proceedings and post-judgment recovery actions. Maintaining accurate case management records and reporting updates to clients.

Supporting solicitors on a range of litigation and recovery matters. Requirements 2-3 years' experience as a Legal Executive, ideally within debt recovery or civil litigation. Previous experience working in a law firm environment.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively. Strong communication and client management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach. What's on Offer?
