Legal Coordinator (Civil and Labor)

Responsabilities

• Manage disputes related to customer care, actions against suppliers, and dealership litigation;
• Oversee labor claims, ensuring proper representation and resolution;
• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and HR-related matters;
• Conduct research to support litigation strategies and advisory activities;
• Align legal strategies with business objectives to mitigate risks and add value.

Requirements

• Experience in reputable law firms or in the automotive sector is mandatory;
• Proven track record in civil and labor litigation;
• Solid understanding of employment law and advisory practices;
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Location

• 100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
