About the Role
Responsibilities
- Support business teams on our growth strategy, managing the “SHEIN - Day program” and engaging with state authorities.
- Represent SHEIN in some Trade Associations.
- Back up the GR team on administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced level for both written and oral English is a requirement
- At least 5 years of working experience in government relations or public policy relevant to tax, trade, and e-commerce, with prior experience in a tech company as an advantage
- Experience in policy research, development, and analysis
- Capacity for advocacy work
- Keen interest to translate policy/regulatory engagements into tangible commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical, presentation (written and oral), and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and have exceptional attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
