Role Description The Lecturer in Chemistry will deliver high-quality online instruction in Chemistry, with a focus on Physical Chemistry and related areas, to learners preparing for school, board, and competitive examinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching remote classes, preparing lesson plans and curricula aligned with exam patterns, developing digital learning materials, and conducting doubt-clearing and revision sessions.

The lecturer will design and evaluate assignments and tests, track learner progress, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. The role also involves collaborating with academic teams to refine teaching methods, participating in content development or research activities, and staying current with syllabus changes and exam trends. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications

• Strong subject expertise in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Capability to connect Chemistry with related disciplines such as Physics where relevant to competitive exam preparation.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and lesson planning tailored to school and competitive examination requirements.
• Experience or interest in academic Research, including updating content with latest developments and exam patterns.
• Relevant postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a closely related field; teaching certifications or training are an advantage.
• Prior experience teaching school, foundation, or competitive exam Chemistry in online or hybrid formats is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, digital classroom management abilities, and comfort with online teaching tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet academic schedules, and collaborate effectively with academic teams.
