Learning & Development Manager Shape the Future of Learning We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Manager to build and lead a forward-thinking L&D function that drives growth, performance, and transformation. What Youโ€™ll Be Doing As our L&D leader, you will: Design and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business goals Build a blended learning ecosystem across digital, in-person, and on-the-job solutions Lead key programmes including: Corporate induction redesign Apprenticeship framework development Sales Academy programme Manager Essentials programme Conduct a company-wide Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps Own and manage the L&D budget, reporting, and ROI measurement Drive a culture of continuous learning across the organisation Manage and optimise learning platforms such as KnowBe4 and GoodHabitz Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions Source and manage external providers to ensure high-quality delivery What Success Looks Like A strong and engaged learning culture Clear development pathways and succession plans Measurable improvements in organisational capability and performance High adoption and engagement with learning programmes and platforms L&D that clearly contributes to business outcomes About You You will bring: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Learning & Development or Organisational Development Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning strategies Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience working across multiple sites or functions A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and ROI Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for developing people Why Join?
