Role: Multi-Property Training Manager Location: Delhi NCR Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead training and talent development initiatives across three of our hotel properties in the NCR region. The role will be responsible for designing and executing impactful learning strategies, enhancing employee capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous development across all locations. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive learning & development strategies aligned with business goals Identify training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder collaboration Develop and deliver engaging training programs (leadership, soft skills, technical, etc.) Manage LMS platforms and track learning effectiveness through data and analytics Partner with leadership to build talent development and succession plans Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Requirements: Proven experience in L&D, Training, or Talent Development roles within hospitality space Should be open to travel across the hotels under purview Strong instructional design and facilitation skills Experience with LMS tools and e-learning platforms is preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions Strong hotel operations knowledge
