Bidding Specialist

We’re Hiring: a Full-Time Bidding Specialist (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer & More) We’re looking for a full-time, results-driven Bidding Specialist with 3years of experience winning projects across major freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and more. Role Overview: As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and generating consistent leads through freelancing platforms. Key Responsibilities Actively search and bid on relevant projects across multiple platforms Write tailored, high-conversion proposals Engage with clients and handle initial communication Understand client needs and align them with our services (Web, Mobile, ERP, etc.) Manage multiple platform accounts and optimize profiles/gigs (especially Fiverr) Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads Requirements: Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms Strong success rate in winning projects Excellent written communication and sales skills Understanding of IT services (preferred) Ability to work full-time and manage multiple platforms efficiently
