Overview of the Role We are hiring a Lead Technical Consultant to play a key role in delivering Veovo's platform to global customers.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines technical consulting, solution design, system integration and team leadership.

You’ll be working on large-scale, real-time systems in live operational environments, where the work has immediate, tangible impact — not just building systems, but helping clients solve complex, real-world problems.

This role offers a strong mix of:

This is a hybrid role based in London, with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site at our NW1 office.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work on mission-critical systems where go-live and performance have real-world impact in live environments


• Lead client discovery sessions and technical workshops to understand complex operational environments


• Lead and mentor a small team of technical consultants, while remaining hands‑on across delivery


• Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions, including API and data integrations


• Own delivery of system integrations through to go-live, ensuring solutions perform in real-world conditions


• Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable technical outcomes


• Stay close to the technical detail, supporting troubleshooting, validation and optimisation


• Support pre-sales and solution scoping activities where required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in technical consulting, solutions or implementation roles


• Experience leading or mentoring others


• Strong experience working on system integrations (APIs, SaaS platforms, data flows)


• Ability to work directly with customers and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions


• Exposure to C#/.NET environments (or similar) and the ability to work comfortably alongside engineering teams


• A solid understanding of architecture and complex system environments


• Hands‑on technical capability, with confidence working across APIs, SQL/database queries, and debugging live systems


• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to operate in fast‑paced environments
